This position involves direct engagement with clients to enhance their operational capabilities through strategic use of Nintex products.The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to client success, leveraging technical expertise and excellent communication skills to provide high-value Managed Services.Your contribution will be:

• Strategic Consultation:

• Providing expert advice and guidance on the optimal use of Nintex products to meet client business needs.
• Technical Problem Solving:

• Analyzing and addressing complex Nintex-related challenges to ensure client satisfaction and system reliability.
• Project Management:

• Leading Nintex installation projects, upgrades, and change management initiatives to improve and adapt client environments.
• Client Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their operational needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Client Engagement and Technical Consulting:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, offering insights and solutions for Nintex infrastructure and applications.
• Lead technical discussions and presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, decision-makers, and executives.
• Solution Implementation and Optimization:

• Design and implement Nintex solutions, ensuring alignment with client business goals and IT strategies.
• Conduct system reviews and recommend enhancements to optimize performance and functionality.
• Technical Leadership:

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Nintex products, industry trends, and best practices.
• Guide clients through technical decision-making processes, ensuring informed and effective solutions.
• Client Success and Retention:

• Monitor client satisfaction and work proactively to address any issues, aiming for high retention and client loyalty.
• Develop and refine service delivery policies to ensure consistent, high-quality support.

To be successful, we think you need:

• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a client-facing technical consultancy role, preferably with experience in Managed Services or IT consulting.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies, cloud environments (Azure), and database management systems.
• Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Certifications in Nintex products or related technologies are a plus.
