The Finance Manager, Group Reporting has oversight and responsibility for financial and management reporting working at a consolidation level across multiple entities. Day to day you will:
- Manage operational effectiveness of group level accounting controls
- Oversee financial reporting processes for monthly reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting, PnL and cashflows
- Assist to develop consolidated group cash forecast modelling
- Prepare monthly management reports with insights, commentary and variances
- Group level annual budget process
- Prepare annual consolidated financial statements
- Maintain allocation and charge back models
- Work with cross functional teams to develop financial strategies
- Analyse and improve financial KPIs
- Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals
- Lead on systems improvements to streamline finance operations including implementation activities
- High levels of commercial and financial acumen
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in engaging with all levels of stakeholders
- Fluency with cloud based ERP and Accounting systems having implementation experience
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerBi
