Finance Manager | Group Reporting

The Finance Manager, Group Reporting has oversight and responsibility for financial and management reporting working at a consolidation level across multiple entities.  Day to day you will:

• Manage operational effectiveness of group level accounting controls
• Oversee financial reporting processes for monthly reporting, reconciliations, budgeting and forecasting, PnL and cashflows
• Assist to develop consolidated group cash forecast modelling
• Prepare monthly management reports with insights, commentary and variances
• Group level annual budget process
• Prepare annual consolidated financial statements
• Maintain allocation and charge back models
• Work with cross functional teams to develop financial strategies
• Analyse and improve financial KPIs
• Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals
• Lead on systems improvements to streamline finance operations including implementation activities

The ideal candidate will have Tertiary qualifications Accounting, Finance or Business with CA/CPA qualifications.  As a Finance Manager, you’ll come from large complex commercial industry sectors, and have operated at a group level bringing deep technical expertise in financial analysis and management reporting with consolidation and tax effect accounting capability.  In addition, you’ll demonstrate:

• High levels of commercial and financial acumen
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficiency in engaging with all levels of stakeholders
• Fluency with cloud based ERP and Accounting systems having implementation experience
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerBi
