About the Role:
We are looking for a highly capable Finance Reporting and Systems Manager to support and partner our business. Specifically focusing providing quality information to each area of our the organisation to enable and provide real time reporting to inform and enable key decisions.
The role will predominately be responsible for the following:
- Developing and maintaining reports using a variety of solutions (Prophix, Power query power BI, Excel, SQL) to be used by the business to provide financial and operational information and insights.
- Developing new reporting using power BI, power query, spreadsheet models and other platforms including but not limited to - KPI reporting and executive dashboards, segment reporting, cash flow modelling.
- Oversee periodic forecasting processes using Prophix and other platforms
- Administration of Prophix and development of new reporting in Prophix.
- Partner with IT and Lead upgrade of Prophix and upgrade of our QAD ERP.
- Propose and implement new reporting tools aligned with business needs throughout the organisation.
This role will oversee and support the work of our Power BI Specialist, ensuring optimisation and accuracy.
About you:
You have at least 5 years demonstrated experience with the same or similar functions, where you have been able to truly partner with a business and add value.
You will have a qualifications in Financial Accounting preferably at Post Graduate Level.
You are dynamic and agile and able to adapt to the needs to your organisation, thinking commercial and predicting future areas of concerns through your reporting.
You work well in a team environment and are able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders as well as within the team.
