Our corporate trust business is a leading provider of fiduciary and digital solutions to the banking and financial services industry in Australia and Singapore. It administers securitisation portfolios, investment and debt structures to protect the interests of our clients’ investors. Corporate trust supports clients locally and overseas with a unique offering through five key service offerings: Debt Market Services; Managed Fund Services; Perpetual Asia, headquartered in Singapore Support and assist the Financial Control team to ensure the integrity of financial information for inclusion in financial reporting and improve the related processes and controls.
About the role
Ensure the continued high integrity of Corporate Trust’s historical and forecast revenue reporting, while providing quality finance support to the operational business
Contribute to half-yearly, annual financial statements and analysis for inclusion in external reports and briefings
Prepare subsidiary company financial statements, BAS returns and ABS surveys
Constantly seek to improve processes and controls
Collaborate with Finance team of 6 to ensure that services are provided in a seamless manner
Demonstrate an inquisitive and inquiring mindset in relation to analysis, systems and process improvement
Develop an understanding of the dynamics and external environment in which Corporate Trust competes both in Australia and Singapore
About you
Financial services industry experience preferable
CPA / CA qualified
Big 4 or international second tier audit experience an advantage
Preparation of financial statements
Strong Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Exposure and/or desire to improve and implement ERP & BI systems
