SalaryThis long-established, diversified global property group is seeking astute Finance Manager to join it's CBD-based team.Reporting into the Group Financial Controller - you will take ownership of multiple assets, in particular major JV with an ASX 100 REIT. The role will include overseeing property accounting (managing and working with agency that looks after this), end of month close, trust accounting, property and management reporting, statutory audit and tax returns.This role will also include involvement with forecasting and quite a bit of analytical work on excel, to with acquisitions and otherwise.You are a CA or CPA-qualified Senior Accountant (or Finance Manager) with prior experience working in the the Real Estate space in any capacity (corporate, fund, property accounting etc). 10+ years of experience is required for this role.Excellent written & verbal communication skills and sophisticated stakeholder engagement capability, both essential.For more information, please contact Schenuk Wijesekera on 02 9775 5916.
