AddressFinance Officers - 6-month contract with a Federal Government agency Your new company Federal Government Agency Your new role As a Finance Officer, you will be reporting to the Payment Support Centre Manager. See below for more details:
Ensure accurate and timely processing of requisitions, purchase orders, and invoices for payment within the SAP system.
Invite vendors to the SAP system.
Oversee and approve banking details for both existing and new vendors.
Check and post vendor invoices once processed.
Maintain up-to-date reporting requirements in the Murray Motion cockpit.
Provide backup support for Monthly Business Reporting (MBR).
What you'll need to succeed
Permanent residence or Australian Citizen
Ability to obtain police clearance
Experience in a Finance Officer or accounts payable position
System requirement: SAP
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
