The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to managing Accounts Receivable functions.Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and send invoices to clients
• Ensure the timely collection of outstanding payments
• Working with clients who are overdue to achieve manageable solutions
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with client payments
• Monthly reconciliations and financial reporting as needed
• Partner with internal teams to improve the Accounts Receivable function and enhance overall efficiency

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field highly regarded
• 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail when analysing and communicating financial information
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to accounting software such as Certinia (Financial Force/Salesforce) advantageous
