The Role:
We are actively looking for a proficient Finance Officer to join our team in Gladesville! In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing and revising all contract variations for both customers and service providers (vendors). Your role involves ensuring that billing for both customers and vendors aligns seamlessly with the updated contract terms. This opportunity will allow you to collaborate closely with our internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain UpToDate record of all contract variations for both customers & service provides (vendors).
- Ensure regular customer billing aligns with contractual arrangements.
- Submit invoices to client workflow management systems such as SAP Ariba, Corrigo.
- Coordinate with Accounts payable & Accounts receivable team to process payments, credit notes, bad debts, and manage allocations.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to validate price and scope changes for contract invoices.
- End of month processes and procedures including accruals.
- Creating monthly purchase orders in Business central for Service Providers Costs.
- Provide support and assistance to the business, Service Partners, and external clients.
- Manage debtors effectively and resolve internal and external client queries promptly.
- Convert sales orders to invoices, ensuring accurate quoting of purchase orders.
- Assist and provide training to operations team.
- Review procedures to ensure the Finance team adopts "Best Practice.
To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role as well as:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Superior customer relationship skills, exceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- A proactive and collaborative team approach
- Tertiary education preferred (not mandatory) or relevant work-related experience - ideal
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint - essential
- MS Navision and/or MS Business Central - ideal
- Experience in property management or facilities services industries - desired
