Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable)

We are looking for a suitably experienced Finance Officer (Accounts Receivable) to join our Finance department. You will work within a small team of like-minded revenue professionals dedicated to maximising our revenue collections. The position is responsible for the administrative tasks involved in the issuing of invoices, resolution of customer enquiries and initiation of recovery processes. Your experience will also contribute expert advice on credit management matters.
The successful applicant will have:

• Demonstrated experience in billing and debt collection.
• Able to meet deadlines under conflicting pressures while meeting customer expectations.
• Well-developed computer skills in Accounts Receivable and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills, enjoy working in a team environment and supporting customers and other staff.

Qualifications required:

• Minimum of relevant diploma or advanced diploma in business or accounting, or five years' experience in a similar position.

Position Hours: Part-Time 55 hours per fortnight.
Salary range: $64,086.81 to $70,682.60 plus superannuation (pro-rata applies)
