About the Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team on a full time basis. In this role, you will work closely with the accounting team, accounting manager, and other operational departments. The role involves supporting internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for accurately recording financial transactions in line with accounting principles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconcile receivable amount from external customers
- Reconciling credit card expenses
- Responding to any accounting queries from internal or external stakeholders
- Managing disputed transactions
- Providing excellent communication, and other adhoc projects assigned by your Manager
- Completing account payable and receivable related reconciliations
- Managing Account Payable processes

We're looking for someone who would be described as:
- Have a professional qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in an Accounts Receivable role is preferred
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel or similar is essential
- Xero experience is desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines
- Keen critical thinking skills
- Sociable and an engaging personality with an ability to communicate to internal and external stakeholders
