We’re looking for an experienced Rates Officer to lend a hand at this Local Council in Sydney. You will be in a small team reporting to the Team Leader and providing excellent customer service to the relevant stakeholders. The role requires an individual with a resilient yet compassionate personality as you will be liaising with ratepayers in large volumes.
Located in the Eastern Suburbs 3-Month Contract with potential to extend $40 p/h plus super What you’ll deliver Respond to and monitor customer inquiries via phone, online or in person Maintain all changes of property ownership records and changes of address, pensioner rates concessions and pensioner details in Council’s property system accurately Issue Land Information Certificates Process refunds via Technology One and process daily receipting for rate payments as required What you’ll bring Experience in the use of Pathway, Technology
