As a Finance Officer at Gallup, you are responsible for the systematic registration and analysis of contracts. Your problem-solving skills, talent in assessing and mitigating risks, and commitment to accuracy in details and compliance will make you a valued partner to clients and internal partners. Your partners are part of a world-class accounting team dedicated to supporting Gallup’s sales and consulting leaders on all financial and contract matters.
This is an exciting opportunity to become a trusted adviser as you build relationships with internal partners to ensure alignment with client expectations. You will effectively apply your strong execution skills to register sales agreements and registrations, set up budgets in tracking systems, and diligently analyse and monitor project financials. Your mastery of the details gives you the confidence to explain what is correct and the courage to project confidence to client teams. You hold true to what is right and are appreciated for being a credible and principled colleague.

What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least three years of work experience in finance administration, accounting, contracts, budgeting or a similar field required
- Proficiency in Excel required
- Full fluency in English required
- Ability to work in a hybrid work setting that allows you to work remotely two days a week
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia on a full-time basis, we do not currently offer sponsorship for this role
