The primary purpose of this position is to provide project support undertaking a variety of tasks across multiple departments.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- In-depth analysis of over 10,000 items to establish slow moving stock, turnover rates and cyclic stocktakes.
- Assist with analysis for stock rationalisation.
- Admin tasks for Director and Financial Controller – follow up on tradesmen, suppliers, travel, etc.
- Data entry and admin support for finance if required.
- Data entry and admin support for other entities if required.
- Undertake any other duties within the skill and scope of the position as directed.
Necessary Skill Set
- Good intermediate Excel skills including formulas and pivot tables to create analysis documents.
- Accounting/Bookkeeping experience in small/medium sized business.
- Good time management, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Happy to be flexible with a varied task list across finance and admin.
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office Suite and Myob.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
