Tropico Fruits Pty Ltd is based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast and is a long-established food manufacturing business renowned for manufacturing quality fruit juices and purees, and value-added fruit preparations.
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic Finance and Supply Chain Administrator to support our small team. This role will be mainly focused on excel spreadsheet data entry, reconciliation, and reporting. We are a fast moving, constantly changing, robust manufacturing business which has a strong passion for our product, service, and people.
Responsibilities
- Excel data entry and reconciliation.
- Non inventory ordering and purchasing.
- Supporting the team with overflow work relating to EOM, fruit, inventory, chep, freight, invoices, filing, reporting, liaising.
- Adhoc project work and system & process improvement
Over and above this we are ideally seeking someone with:
- Strong administrative experience and proven capability with MS Office, excel and exposure to an ERP system.
- Approachable with effective communication skills
- Flexible with a proven ability to use initiative.
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- High level of attention to detail with excellent time management skills essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hit the ground running and can handle fast paced environments and deadlines.
Experience:
- Strong excel skills.
- Problem solving mind set.
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, finance based.
- Manufacturing Industry experience is desirable but not essential.
- Netsuite experience advantageous.
- Management / costing / systems experience advantageous.
