The Role
Reporting to the Commercial this role will see you working within a progressive and supportive team. Your roles and responsibilities will include (not limited too):
- Reporting , Analysis and Commercial - analysing performance to understand changes, providing commentary and identifying gaps
- Financial modelling support for projects and M&A activities
- Create plans, budgets, and forecasts by working closely with the sales & operational teams
- Support the business to establish efficient processes to maintain master data (e.g., BOMs, routes, item master data)
- Regularly review and update the product cost and pricing structure and ensure standard cost accuracy to enable better decision making
- Financial modelling support for projects and M&A activities
- Highly commercial role - cross functional collaboration with internal and external, finance and non-finance stakeholders
You will be an experienced Finance Analyst / Business Partner with advanced MS Excel experience. Skills will include:
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management - ability to influence, negotiate and push back, if and when need be
- Experience from a large complex organisation or high volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to question
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment
