The Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and support various operational and strategic initiatives.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Provide full end-to-end function support to Finance Manager
- Manage PO, Invoice and expense claims and reconcile in the system.
- Manage all accounts receivable and Accounts payable
- Manage the application, responsible for user/vendor setup, and master data setting.
- Prepare and update monthly sales reports.
- Support with submitting monthly and yearly reporting packs.
- Prepare month-end reconciliation to general ledger, balance sheet, profit & loss.
- Support forecasting and budgeting processes with detailed expense analysis.
- Prepare month-end accruals and journal entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to help with periodic cost tracking, budgeting and forecasting activities.
ABOUT YOU
- Degree in accounting, experience working for a retail brand.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Understanding Inventory product management
- Proficiency in Excel and TM1.
- SAP B1 Experience.
