We have an incredibly rare and exciting opportunity for a first-class Area Manager to join this innovative and highly respected real estate company. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be at the heart of the action, working from their stunning corporate head office in the CBD.
In this pivotal role, you will lead and provide direct business support and resources to Franchisees. This role involves hands-on interaction with Franchise Owners through regular service visits to outlets and participation in regional agent council meetings across designated areas of NSW.

THE POSITION
- Build strong relationships with Franchise Owners and teams to ensure equitable support and service.
- Ensure compliance with Franchise Agreement, policies, and systems across all offices.
- Assist in debt reduction efforts within the region.
- Facilitate region growth through quality office expansion and profitable Franchisee development.
- Proactively communicate and serve as the primary contact for Franchisees' needs and inquiries.
- Coordinate communication across departments to resolve Franchisees' concerns promptly.
- Conduct state reports and provide insights to management on Franchisee activities and attitudes.
- Produce monthly regional reports and financial summaries for corporate review.
- Maintain and monitor Franchise Owners' business objectives and performance.
- Support Agency Advisory Council meetings, events, and national advertising programs.
