The Responsibilities
- End of month – company-wide depreciation, fixed asset reporting, lease recognition, balance sheet reconciliation, bank account reconciliation, fuel tax credit reconciliation.
- Weekly cash forecasting and cash call.
- Weekly AP statistics reporting (aged creditors etc.).
- Balance sheet reconciliation
- Month end reporting
- GL recs including revenue reconciliation
- Review GL coding and process requisition requests in the EPR systems
- Prepare journals and reconcile monthly prepayments, general Accruals, cross charges & Expenditure
- Preparation of daily cash flow reporting and cash forecasting
- Preparing CAPEX reporting slides including actuals and forecast
- Assisting with the high-level maintenance of controls and governance
- Interact and liaise with key stakeholders and business partners
- Other ad hoc duties
- SAP S/4 Hanna experience will be critical
- Strong experience in a similar, financial / project accountant role with construction/infrastructure/manufacturing experience will be highly regarded
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards it
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Excel skills
