SalaryMARS Recruitment is collaborating with an ASX-listed organisation operating in the property sector. They are currently in search of an experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join them on a 3-month contract. In this role, you will handle a range of financial responsibilities, including budgeting and forecasting, management reporting for both external and internal stakeholders, preparing estimates for outgoings and reconciliations of tenant rents, as well as providing assistance in completing accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling and processing capital payments for the property portfolio
- Analyse and prepare monthly budget vs actual reporting
- maintain CAPEX tracking ensuring completeness
- generation and management of property leasing and rent roles on a monthly basis
- Assist with property budget and forecast and involvement in budget review meetings
- Assist in preparation of outgoings estimates to tenants in compliance with their leases
Criteria:
- 5+ years' experience in accounting and finance
- Must have accounting experience within the property
- Must have experience in real estate accounting system (MRI)
- CA/CPA/ACCA qualified
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
