Financial Accountant - Temp - Perm

Are you a qualified Senior Financial Accountant ready to start a new contract OR permanent role? 

Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include, however, not be limited to:

Responsibilities: 

• General Ledger posting and maintain input control in SAP
• Month end processing including reconciliations for the General Ledger Accounts, Prepayments, Accruals, Deferred Income, Fixed Assets Register and contribute to the preparation of the management reporting pack
• Petty cash reconciliation
• GST/BAS/FBT/Withholding Tax Reconciliation and payment and lodgement.
• Car purchasing and operating cost administration, including company fuel cards
• Monthly debtors reconciliation and debtors insurance declaration 
• Assist with budget preparation 
• Overseas Payments and FX payments 
• Support for payroll
• Setup company credit cards and process monthly card transactions.
• Prepare Monthly KPI reports for Branches Australia wide
• Assist with external audit functions 

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification required
• SAP and Intermediate- Advanced Excel skills are a MUST
• Three years experience in a similar role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
