About the role:
Currently seeking a qualified Financial Accountant, reporting to both the Finance and Administration Manager and Chief Executive Officer, key duties and responsibilities would include:
- Preparing financial statements and reporting
- Be well versed in accounting principles and demonstrate a high attention to detail.
- Coordinating the preparation of Board and Committee financial reports
- Providing support to the management team and risk consultant
- Co-operates with internal and external auditors and other compliance regulators in respect of the bank’s accounting records, procedures and policies.
- Any other functions as requested by the Finance and Administration Manager
Bringing adaptability, along with being self-motivated and excellent communication skills, you will also have:
- minimum of 2+ years of experience
- A bachelor's degree in commerce or economics with an accounting and/or finance major
- Familiar with current accounting standards and legislations
- Proficient in the MS 365 office suite
