The things you'll be doing:
- Making sure the integrity of our Accounting Systems is always maintained
- Assist in the preparation of periodical financial reports
- Managing the Fixed Assets Registers across our business entities
- Keeping our suppliers happy through accurate payments aiming to have nothing overdue
- Reconciling the balance sheet accounts monthly and completing all corrective entries
- Getting the direct and indirect taxes processed and paid on time
- Developing great communication with all the teams in the business as well with our external stakeholders
- Being a great team player, willing to learn and ready to jump in to support your team

And a bit about your skills and experience like:
- An Accounting degree or equivalent (exceptional candidates with relevant experience will be considered)
- Microsoft Office including Excel and the willingness to learn new systems. Prior experience with Xero will be highly regarded.
- Strong organisational and problem solving skills and the ability to prioritise projects to meet tight deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and good record keeping skills a must
- Ability to communicate with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong administrative, numeracy, verbal and written skills
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimum supervision
