Your Role:
As a Financial Administration Officer, you will provide Financial Administration across a multitude of financial functions required in the Financial Services team. This role is integral to maintaining the financial integrity of our operations and supporting continued growth.
Your key responsibilities will involve:
- Manage day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring smooth operation.
- End-to-end AP/AR, ensuring accurate records.
- Execute banking transactions and maintain up-to-date records.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Business activity statement preparation and reporting.
- Lead the payroll function for all employees.
- Assistance with cash flow management.
- Assistance with optimisation of business systems.
- Respond to internal / external client enquiries in a timely manner.
- Support other office members in Admin duties as the arise.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualification/Certification in a relevant field of Accounting and/or Finance.
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and a commitment to confidentiality.
- A sharp eye for detail and a knack for meeting deadlines.
- Experience in MYOB, or other accounting packages.
- A positive attitude with outstanding communication skills.
- Agility and adaptability to thrive in a changing environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong desire to learn and grow in your career.
