Theo Agelis Constructions is SA’s leading residential footing contractor and is seeking an experienced Finance Administration Officer to join our team in a permanent part-time position. The successful candidate will be working alongside the General Manager and will be supported by our finance team and CFO.

Duties include:
- Manage all aspects of bookkeeping, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Processing fortnightly payroll, including PAYG, Superannuation and Work Cover
- Assist with budgeting, cashflow management and forecasting activities.
- Utilise Xero and other accounting software to accurately record financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts, along with maintaining the integrity of financial data.
- Prepare financial reports to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in Finance role
- Proficiency in using Xero, Xero Projects and Microsoft Office programmes.
- Experience in processing payroll, including superannuation and PAYG.
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible approach
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain strict confidentiality.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously and efficiently with minimum supervision and able to prioritise effectively.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and GST legislation relating to Tax invoices.
- Construction Industry experience desirable but not essential.
