Role Description
This is a full-time Financial Planning Assistant role at Hillcrest Financial Services located in Nowra, NSW. The Financial Planning Assistant will be responsible for supporting financial planners in their day-to-day tasks, including gathering client data, preparing financial reports, conducting investment research, and assisting with client meetings and presentations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and practices
- Experience with Xplan would be beneficial
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
