On behalf of our client, we are looking for a full-time experienced Risk Financial Adviser to join their close knit team. Our client is based in Sydney and specialises in Life Insurance from Personal Life Insurance, Business Life Insurance to Employee Benefits and Group Insurance policies for Employers. Our client excels in partnering with both individual clients and businesses, ranging from SMEs to large corporations, to offer unparalleled service and results that speak for themselves.
As a Risk Financial Adviser, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, compliant and ethical advice whilst meeting the specific needs of our clients and helping them secure their financial well-being not only when they join our business but throughout their client tenure.
Some of the key tasks include but not limited to:
- Conduct in-depth analyses to understand client needs fully, along with thorough financial and medical assessments.
- Offer market-leading recommendations tailored to clients' current and future needs.
- Engage proactively with clients through regular communication, ensuring they are informed and reassured.
- Serve as a strong advocate for clients with the insurers and provide transparent explanations.
- New business generation: identify new clients who require life insurance coverage, develop and implement effective new business strategies to achieve individual and team goals; stay updated on the latest insurance products, market trends, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Conduct thorough annual reviews to ensure policies align with clients’ evolving financial situation and assist clients with policy adjustments
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and referral partners
About you as a Risk Financial Adviser:
- Hold the required qualifications
- Proven experience in life insurance advice and a successful track record exceeding targets
- Strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for financial planning and customer relationship management.
