We provide financial planning solutions to clients from all stages of their life. We partner and are attached to a fast-growing accounting practice that gives us the opportunity to work with a wide array of clients and as a consistent source of qualified referrals.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a boutique financial advice practice on its pathway to exceptional growth. We are looking for an advisor who is looking to begin their pathway into growing a financial advice practice. You will be responsible for servicing a strong, pre vetted source of leads. We are looking for someone that sees the opportunities that come with having a strong source of leads and contributing to a young growing financial advice business. We would like someone that has had broad experience in providing advice including retirees, small business owners, and accumulators. You would be required to:
· Work with clients to establish their immediate goals and needs
· Understand suitable structures and strategies that may be available to them.
· Provide sound, timely and compliant advice.
· Ensure a sound compliance record consistently
· Assist in providing training to support staff and improvement of internal processes.
· Possibly attend networking sessions to assist in the growth of the business and brand
About You
Preferably you will have at least 3 years of financial advice experience and at a minimum be providing advice in areas of retirees, pre – retirees and insurance. You must be Fasea approved and have no outstanding education requirements. You must be willing to grow a business book from scratch (a unique opportunity) but also have the ability to take on reviews if required.
