Duties
  • Undertake the assessment of grant applications, received from Tasmanian businesses, administered by CAF such as the Mainland Tasmania – Livestock Producers – Seasonal Conditions Scheme.
  • Assist with the assessment of loan applications received under any of CAF’s loan programs including the AgriGrowth Loan Scheme and the Business Growth Loan Scheme.
  • Assist with the assessment of often large and complex one-off financial assistance packages outside a formal loan program.
  • Assist with day-to-day loan and grant administrative tasks such as progressive drawdowns, variations, annual review of facilities and reporting.
  • Undertake financial analysis to support decision making by the unit, division or department.
  • Ability to engage, develop and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare written documents such as correspondence, briefs and other reports as required to a high standard and in a timely manner.
Desirable Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, accounting, commerce or similar.
  • At least two-years in an accounting or similar professional role.
