Position Overview
Responsible for providing quality financial and analytical support to our Finance Director (direct reporting line) and Managing Director (dotted line report).
Key Responsibilities
Finance
- Plan, track, analyse and report financial and business performance that is accurate, meaningful and timely that enables effective business decision making
- Monthly and on demand reports and analysis for ANZ management
- Financial support to the BU managers through the monthly management accounts
- Own the business planning process including budgets, strategic plans and forecasts
- Monitor KPIs and actively drive target alignment and achievement
- Establish relationships within Finance and cross functionally to be an effective business partner
- Proactively identify and manage financial risks and opportunities with the business
- Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and effectiveness of processes and operation
People
- Facilitate human resource policies and procedures
- Adhere to and drive all OHS policies, programs and procedures as directed and implemented by the Company
- Accept and complete other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Managing Director and Finance Director.
Position Requirements & Key Abilities
- Accounting qualification with professional certification
- Previous experience as a finance analyst with preferable knowledge of JD Edwards or similar accounting software.
