Insignia Financial is transforming its Cyber Security landscape with a strategic 3-year program, encompassing four strategic objectives, 18 strategic initiatives, and nearly 50 cyber projects. This dynamic program is dedicated to elevating our Cyber Security capabilities and ensuring a robust defence against evolving threats. We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Program Senior Business Analyst to help us drive this transformation. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our initiatives are aligned with our overall strategy and deliver tangible results. This is a fast-paced and agile environment, where priorities are constantly evolving to meet changing business needs and the dynamic threat landscape. We have a dedicated budget and a newly approved Cyber Security operating model to support your efforts. The opportunity to join our team
The Cyber Security Program Senior Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving our Cyber Security Program forward. Leveraging your deep understanding of Cyber Security, you will provide essential business analysis expertise for strategic and tactical Cyber Security initiatives. These initiatives, in alignment with our endorsed Cyber Security strategy, span transformative projects to operational optimisations. Working closely with the Cyber Security Program Manage and Project Manager you will ensure the program's alignment with business objectives, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Your contributions will be instrumental in enhancing our Cyber Security posture and safeguarding our organisation against evolving threats.
What you will bring
You will bring a wealth of experience in extension business analysis, ideally with a strong focus on previous Cyber Security projects. Your proven track record includes successfully developing and implementing strategies, transformations, and risk mitigations. Your ability to advise internal stakeholders on Cyber Security matters will be highly valued. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills enable you to evaluate risks, interpret regulations, and develop effective mitigation strategies. Your excellent communication skills are evident in your ability to articulate complex Cyber Security concepts to diverse stakeholders. You will be an expert in requirements analysis and management, and you are proficient in project management methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
