About the role
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing reporting and analytical support to the Kleenheat Credit Team, together with identifying operational improvement opportunities, and ensuring the timely preparation of key departmental deliverables. As an active contributor of our Credit Leadership Team, you'll have the opportunity to help shape our strategies and make a significant impact on our organisational success. This role has become available due to an internal promotion.
You will:
Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives through financial analysis, input to business projects and improving financial acumen across the business
Support the Credit Team to ensure reporting deliverables are met in full and on time
Prepare and deliver accurate and timely financial information, including forecasts, budgets, month-end, compliance and operational reporting
Identify, support and drive continuous process improvement initiatives
Undertake financial and risk analysis of the business and credit environment

You’ll be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Formal Tertiary qualification in Commerce or related discipline
Experience in business partnering to achieve prioritised operational and strategic outcomes
Strong knowledge and experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools
Advanced in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with a high attention to detail
Confidence in stakeholder management
Pro-active attitude with a proven ability to problem solve at all levels
Ability to demonstrate both a commercial and customer-centric approach to decision making
Familiarity with accounts receivables modules within an ERP system (preferably Oracle or SAP)
Application of appropriate language and tone and an ability to adapt communication style to suit different situations, while articulating ideas, thoughts and information effectively
