The Role
We’re currently looking for a Financial Controller who influences and supports divisional and departmental managers of a portfolio of services to achieve the desired financial outcomes of the organisation.
As an integral member of the divisional management team, the Finance Business Partner brings key financial and commercial insights to the decision-making process and be seen as an authority on financial matters for the divisions.

The first step is to submit your resume and answers to the following selection criteria: * Tertiary qualifications in accounting, business, commerce or other relevant discipline and membership of an appropriate professional accounting body or relevant experience.
- Extensive experience in managing the management accounting team of a large, complex organisation
- Demonstrated knowledge of funding models, efficiency improvements, revenue best practice and resource allocation principles, and their applications to health service management.
- Experience/ knowledge of activity based costing principles particularly those relating to funding and costing and an ability to analyse data and other information
- Excellent organisational, analytical and conceptual skills and the ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders and in multi-disciplinary teams to deliver change
