The Role
Are you an experienced accounting professional looking for a new challenge in a fun and fast-paced environment? Our client, a rapidly growing entertainment company, is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee their financial operations and support strategic decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all aspects of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
· Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards
· Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth
· Lead and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development
· Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives
· Monitor cash flow, manage accounts payable and receivable, and optimize financial performance
· Conduct financial analysis and present findings to senior management
- Manage royalties and related financial processes
Your Skills & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. CA or equivalent certification preferred.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience managing royalties and related financial processes
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
