Primary Objectives
The business analyst primary responsibility is to maintain and develop the internal analysis systems using Tableau.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Daily maintenance and development of internal business analysis systems based on Tableau
- Asset & liability data and business analysis and forecasting
- Budget management and performance assessment by defining data analytics KPIs and performance metrics
- Innovative problem solving by leverage advanced analytics techniques to generate unique insights and outcomes
- Manage data storage, processing and visualization platforms
- Communicate collaboratively and effectively in cooperation with internal departments and external auditors
- Ad hoc duties-including ad hoc reports and other ad hoc tasks assigned by Department Head
Required
- High level oral, written and interpersonal communication skills both in English and Mandarin
- Bachelor’s degree and above in relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting)
- Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g. Python, SQL)
- Strong knowledge and skills of data visualization tools, including Tableau/Power BI
- Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated, capable of multi-tasking, and willingness to learn and develop within the role
