The Opportunity
In this role you will be working closely with the Directors to provide financial planning advice to a base of clients, focussing on assisting them achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. You will meet with clients and assist them to identify and plan for their financial goals by providing suitable strategies, and access to solutions and ongoing support. You will also have amazing mentors to support, help and guide you along the way.
Responsibilities include:
- Being the main point of contact for the clients for enquiries relating to advice
- Building relationships with a view of being the primary adviser to the client base
- Conducting annual advice meetings with clients or as client needs require
- Working in an integrated, collaborative manner with the full Caveo Advice Team
- Ensuring compliance with standards, industry legislation and regulations
- Liaising with relevant professionals both internally and externally
- Keeping detailed and accurate client file notes
- Adopting and embracing changing technology landscape in the provision of advice
- Creating and leveraging off referral networks
Key requirements
- Previous experience in a financial planning practice of 5 yrs +;
- Bachelor of Financial Planning or similar FASEA qualified or in the process of completing requirements
- Ability to engage with clients with confidence;
- High quality and attention to detail in the preparation of all work output;
- Ability to focus and prioritise work with sound time management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Highly productive, energetic and results focused;
- Team player; and
- Intrastate travel 2-3 days per month will be required as part of this role.
