The Role
The role is supporting a team of well renowned Corporate partners who combined have a wealth of experience in international complex corporate transactions, M&A, ECM, Energy and Resources. Working with well renowned Partners they advise major, listed clients on acquisitions of more than $500 million.
Your role will be to provide client driven solutions in the areas of:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Equity Capital Markets
- Energy & Resources
- Corporate Restructures
- Foreign Investment
The Candidate
The client is open to speaking with candidates anywhere between 3 to 6+PAE who are commercially astute and driven to take the next step in their career.
You will come from a strong Corporate background with national/international firm experience and exposure to M&A and Equity Capital Markets, looking to thrive on challenging and varied work in a supportive team environment.
