Candidates will ideally come from a Big 4 or top tier professional services, corporate finance or investment banking background and may be looking to step into a position in-house.

- Strong Excel skills – managing large data sets and presenting information in a digestible and easy-to-understand way;
- Financial modelling experience - designing, building, reviewing and augmenting 3-way integrated forecast, operating and transaction models;
- Extensive Financial Planning and Analysis skills and experience;
- Solid technical corporate finance skill set & experience: market research, acquisition target research, accounting, valuation, financial due diligence, capital raising, deal structuring and presentation drafting;
- Understanding the commercial aspects of relevant legal contracts;
- CA, CFA or MBA qualifications or equivalents;
- Highly diligent with unparalleled attention to detail;
- An excellent communicator you will liaise with multiple stakeholders both internal and external; and
- Investment appraisal & analysis skills.
- Analysing and evaluating the financial and operating performance of the Group and its various subsidiaries.
- Highly involved in the annual budgeting process and ongoing rolling forecasting process.
- Take responsibility for the monthly Board pack preparation and collation.
- Leveraging your corporate finance experience and skill-set, you will scope out and analyse potential acquisition and investment opportunities along with executing transactions as part of the deal team.
- Called upon for assistance with strategic initiatives including: transaction support, valuations, acquisition activity and various financial modelling and Analysis tasks.
- Collaborating with the finance team to prepare and collate half-year and full-year investor presentation materials and assist with ad hoc analysis.
