The Strategy Manager plays a pivotal and multifaceted role within the Company. This strategic leader is tasked with identifying growth opportunities, enriching competitive insights, orchestrating the company's OKR process, and providing vital support to the executive team through insightful analysis and impactful corporate documents. Directly reporting to the CSO, this role necessitates a proactive and analytical mindset to shape the company's strategic course, nurture expansion, and empower well-informed decision-making.
About The Role:
- Apply commercial and financial acumen to a wide variety of projects and transactions, working closely with senior leaders across the Group
- Spearhead the development, fine-tuning, and execution of the Company's growth strategies on both local and global scales. Continually assess and refine growth plans in response to market trends and opportunities.
- Contribute significantly to the formulation of the Company's 3 to 5 year strategic plans and actively engage in the annual Group strategic planning process.
- Demonstrate adeptness in handling a diverse portfolio of key strategy projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless strategy execution, overseeing resource allocation, governance, key metrics, and delivery timelines
- Develop and mentor team to establish a sustainable and cohesive working environment
- Utilise your understanding of commercial and financial value drivers along with your knowledge of relevant concepts across M&A, commercial and strategic projects
About You
- Experience in either top-tier strategy consulting or an in-house strategy position from a major business
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline (Commerce, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Studies, Engineering, and/or Law)
- Experience in intricate data analysis, translating complexity into actionable insights
