This role will play an integral part of the advice team ensuring our high service standards are upheld. You will be in the room with clients where you will work closely with one of the founding Directors.

Your Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted first port of call with our clients ensuring outstanding service delivery
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings and preparing necessary documentation.
- Assist the Financial Adviser in client meetings including preparing all file notes.
- Manage the offshore Admin team to ensure advice is successfully implemented and client data is all up to date.
- Ensure all client service activities adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare paraplanning requests, review the paraplanners work and make necessary adjustments before seeking final approval from the Financial Advisers.
- Collaborate with our offshore team to streamline processes, ensure effective communication, and maintain a high level of service delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of reporting and analysis
- Maintain an understanding of the Financial Adviser’s client base to ensure our service standards are upheld.
What you’ll need to succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in a CSO / Financial Planning Assistant position or in a similar Financial Planning Associate position within the financial services industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of the advice process and ability to oversee the implementation of recommendations.
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Strong time-management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven experience in managing compliance requirements and a sound understanding of regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with editing Statements of Advice (SOAs).
- Proficiency in relevant Financial Advice software and tools, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Experience with Adviser Logic would be ideal but isn’t a must.
- A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
