Your Role: Financial Reporting and Compliance Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead Group Financial Reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
• Drive the creation of financial statements adhering to accounting standards.
• Manage statutory & consolidated reporting, ensuring compliance.
• Play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Coordinate audits with external partners like Deloitte.
• Lead accounting for acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration.
• Oversee Group tax accounting, collaborating with William Buck.
• Provide financial expertise in business transactions.
• Prepare accurate and insightful reports for the Board and stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• CA Qualification (mandatory)
• 5-8 years of experience in commercial finance or business partnering
• Experience in ASX Group Reporting environment
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
