We are currently seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for managing complex financial statements, consolidations, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the preparation of complex and high-quality statutory financial statements on a quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
- Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and purchase price applications to support Financial Reporting needs.
- Prepare periodical financial and operational data, contributing to financial planning and analytics processes.
- Perform complex reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Prepare reports and presentation materials for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with external auditors and third parties.
- Develop, maintain, standardise, and improve technical and non-technical content architecture templates.
- Perform other relevant responsibilities as assigned.
Who are you
- Minimum 5 years of chartered experience in technical accounting and/or Financial Reporting.
- Proven record in delivering financial statements in compliance with AASB/IFRS/IAS.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting.
- Chartered accountant or equivalent professional qualification.
- Expert knowledge of AASB/IFRS/IAS.
- Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
- Strong project management and time management skills.
- Well-developed interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
