The OpportunityNoosa Council is seeking a qualified, motivated and high-achieving Financial Systems Analyst to join our team.
The position will be responsible for the support and maintenance of Council’s financials system (TechnologyOne) to provide optimum functionality and efficiency as well as ensuring data integrity and security.
Further, the position encompasses the provision of technical advice, maintaining user access and system internal controls, assisting with financial system upgrades and project implementations, identifying and contributing to system and process improvements, developing documentation and providing training.
A strong customer service focus and effective interpersonal skills will be essential in establishing effective relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

About YouAs the successful applicant, you will be degree qualified with experience supporting financial ERP systems in a large diverse organisation.
You will have experience supporting and maintaining user access and system internal controls to mitigate risk and maintain data integrity.
You will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to think logically and innovatively to identify issues and develop proactive solutions.
You will have proven high-level proficiency in computer applications, integrated Financial Systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
You will demonstrate an understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting processes.
Your excellent time management skills will include setting and managing priorities, coordinating resources, establishing and meeting timelines and delivering agreed outcomes.
Lastly but not limited to, you will have well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with a positive can-do approach that will enhance team dynamics and stakeholder interactions.
