We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Part Time 2IC to join our flagship boutique team in Armadale. We are looking for someone who loves working closely with clients and providing an authentic and beautiful experience.
About the Role
- 15-30 hours +
- Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday Friday and alternating Saturday & Sunday
- Consult one on one with clients.
- Assist clients with designing their bespoke jewellery items.
- Will lead a team to achieve KPIs.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience
- Manage the overall customer experience process from the initial consultation through to the post-purchase customer follow up.
- Be a point of contact between our retail & studio space.
- Build strong repeat business.
- Will further personally develop and maintain solid client relationships & coaching your retail & service team to do the same.
- Work to individual KPIs and budgets.
