Project Details:
- Project: $50m mid-rise high-end apartment
- Location: Central Brisbane
The project team is well resourced with industry leading talent and supportive leadership who will move mountains to enable you are both challenged and supported in your role.
They have a 5+ year pipeline of projects in Brisbane which will be amongst some of Brisbane's most sought after apartments in the coming years.
Role:
As the Finishes Foreman you will be based on site, managing the co-ordination of trades, liaising with consultants, problem solving onsite and championing quality across all finishing aspects of the build.

Requirements:
- Track record of delivering multi residential apartments or similar scope projects in a finishes capacity
- Exceptional communication and engagement skills
- Ability to work dynamically and manage competing priorities
- Ability to lead others and build strong relationships with subcontractors
- Trade background
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (preferred not essential)
- Team player above all else
