They have a very strong pipeline of high-profile internal developments and upon completion of this project there is another Gold Coast based project ready to transition on to.
Key Skills/Qualifications Required:
- Trade and strong site background.
- Proven experience as a Finishes Foreman or similar role in multi-residential construction projects.
- Deep understanding of construction processes and finishes, including tiling, painting, and cabinetry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage subcontractors and motivate teams to achieve project goals.
