Working with a local and established Gold Coast builder developer we are looking for an experienced Finishes Foreman to join a tight knit team to deliver an multi level apartment on the Gold Coast.
The project team is well resourced with industry leading talent and supportive leadership who will move mountains to enable you are both challenged and supported in your role.
They have a 5+ year pipeline of projects exclusively on the Gold Coast which will be amongst some of the Gold Coast's largest and high profile projects in the coming years.
Role:
As the Finishes Foreman you will be based on site managing the co-ordination of trades, liaising with consultants, problem solving onsite and championing quality across all finishing aspects of the build.

Requirements:
- Track record of delivering multi residential apartments or similar scope projects in a finishes capacity
- Exceptional communication and engagement skills
- Ability to work dynamically and manage competing priorities
- Ability to lead others and build strong relationships with subcontractors
- Trade background
- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (preferred not essential)
- Team player above all else
