Finishes Foreman

• Central Coast based project
• High end residential apartments , permanent position
• $120k to $150k plus superannuation

Projects include high end residential apartments both low and mid rise

Duties

• Overseeing finishing Trade subcontractors
• Reporting into Site Manager, participation in toolbox talks 
• Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
• Responsibility for site OHS
• Programme formation and implementation

  
Skills and experience

• Finishes Foreman experience on high ed residential/commercial projects
• To be able to show start to finish project history
• Ideally trade background 
• Live on or local to the Central Coast
