Structures & Finishes Foreman

A highly regarded and reputable sydney based residential builder is seeking a Structures & Finishes Foreman to assist with their Class 2 residential projects.

With a number of major projects already underway and a plethora of more in the pipeline for 2024, this role is ideal for anyone who wants to excel & capitalise on career development.

Overview of Role:

• Managing and supervise subcontractors and direct labour
• Monitor all works against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed
• Perform other delegated responsibilities from Site Manager;
• Interpret building plans & reports
• Maintaining site diary.

About you:

• Trade background preferred
• Experience working on Class 2 residential projects
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation
• Demonstrate high level analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate high level interpersonal, oral communication, and written skills.
• Has a collaborative approach to work.
