Form of workA highly regarded and reputable sydney based residential builder is seeking a Structures & Finishes Foreman to assist with their Class 2 residential projects.
With a number of major projects already underway and a plethora of more in the pipeline for 2024, this role is ideal for anyone who wants to excel & capitalise on career development.
Overview of Role:
- Managing and supervise subcontractors and direct labour
- Monitor all works against specifications to ensure the continuing quality and accuracy of work performed
- Perform other delegated responsibilities from Site Manager;
- Interpret building plans & reports
- Maintaining site diary.
About you:
- Trade background preferred
- Experience working on Class 2 residential projects
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation
- Demonstrate high level analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrate high level interpersonal, oral communication, and written skills.
- Has a collaborative approach to work.
