Finishes Foreman

Core Talent are currently recruiting for a reputable developer builder, who are seeking a Finishes Foreman for Inner Brisbane based projects with strong multi residential experience. Our client has a strong pipeline and existing projects.Role:As a Finishes Foreman, you will be responsible supervising and delivering internal components to a multi res build to a very high standard and finish. Reporting directly to Site Manager, you will be responsible for the co-ordination of sub-contractors on-site and help meet deadlines.Experience Required:

• Trade background
• QBCC Open Licence (Builder or Supervisor)
• Strong Communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to liaise well with sub-contractors, internal team and clients
• Proven experience delivering high quality multi res projects
• Proven Experience as either Foreman (Preferably Finishes) and/or Site Management
• Strong previous tenures with reputable builders
• Strong Knowledge of Queensland and Australian Building Codes
